Channel One UK present a timely re-issue of one of Martin Campbell’s classic albums on CD, the celebrated and regularly requested “Can Better Really Come”; a roots orientated selection capturing the essence of his work from the later half of the 1990s.

Lyrically speaking, Martin was reflecting on the socio-economic and domestic conditions in Jamaica (his heartland), as well as providing commentary on the runnings within the Reggae industry in general. So, a selection of hard hitting themes and poignant even to the present day, considering how little has changed!

Noteworthy for its on-point production and hard-hitting rhythms, this release stands proud amongst the other ‘conscious roots’ Reggae releases and manages to maintain its position in the contemporary market due to that old-school, much loved, and authentic Channel One sound!
